Command Feedback (Help menu)

In the help menu you will find the command Feedback. If you move your mouse on that symbol, a side menu with the commands Support and Suggestion will be opened. With a click on one of the symbols, the BINGOOO Homepage will be loaded in the integrated browser. The page will be automatically opened to the BINGOOO team contact page, where you can contact a team member via email.

TIP
You can also contact the BINGOOO team if you click on the dropdown arrow beneath the mail symbol in the toolbar: With a click you open a context menu with various options. Click on the command Mail feedback to BINGOOO. The mail window BINGOOO User Feedback will be called up and you can send your personal message to the BINGOOO team.
